I have found more Information that confirms it is Primulina 'New York', it seems to be a species.

Primulina sp. 'New York'

J. Boggan reports that this primulina, formerly known in North America as C. pteropoda, has not yet been classified, and may be a new species. The white or pale yellow color of 'New York' is rare in Primulina.
This plant was originally introduced as a Didymocarpus species, was later identified as C. pteropoda (a species to which it is closely related and under which name it has been widely grown), and is now considered an unidentified and possibly new species. The cultivar name is meant to be provisional until it is properly identified. The wild origin of this plant is unknown, but it probably comes from southern China. It can be very floriferous, many flowers are nicely set off by the shiny green leaves.

I am convinced now that my plant is primulina 'New York'
