Parnikovyi Effekt (K. Morev) White cupped simple and semi-double bells with golden light green border, sometimes the edge can be yellow-orange. Medium green. Standard.

Парниковый Эффект (К. Морев) Белые чашевидные простые и полумахровые колокольчики с золотисто-салатовой каймой, иногда кайма может быть жёлто-оранжевой, такие цветки чаще остаются в полу-раскытом состоянии, листья простые средне зелёные, розетка компактная, стандарт.

I tried to translate the description with the help of an online translator. So perhaps the description is not perfect.

This is the first flower on a tiny plant - actually it should not yet bloom because the plantlet has just grown from a leave.

I believe that Parnikovyi Effekt means Greenhouse Effect.

I had lost the plant but could save some leaves - now the new plant has got the first flower

I had it and I gave it away. I don't know why nobody in the EU could find a good "line" of this variety. Or at least I've never seen it in the EU as it is in Russia. They have a more cupped and a more bell shaped flower. They look like balloons.
This is an online picture, I hope it's OK to show it as an example.
