Hi.My name is Nick and I live in London. I started collecting violets a few month ago and I find it very rewarding (I love starting from a leave and see my babies grow).I m excited to join the group. X happy02:

Hi Nick, welcome to the group :) nice to see someone else from the UK happy03: I've only just started growing African Violets but I've already got quite a few on the go now so hopefully I'll have lots of flowers later next year!

Have you seen the UK Facebook group? there's only a few of us at the moment but we're a friendly bunch always trying to get new members :D

Thanks guys for this warm welcome! ! ! I will definetaly join this facebook group.I have just started collecting african violets this year and therefore would love to swap plantlet and leaves to develop my modest collection.I have a few babies waiting for a new home! Here are the one I can give :
Lemon Kisses
LE Dandy
EK Lambada ( all of them are plantlet )
I can also send you leaves of the following varieties :
EK Morscoj volk
EK Goddess of beauty
EK Lambada
RS Barbi
Luizjana Lullaby
King s ransom

Looks like a good start Nick, I've just started in the last few months so I should have quite a few plantlets to swap later next year I've currently just got roots so I should think I'll have plantlets by January, I'll definitely keep you in mind happy03:
